Second flow of a 2 two years project – as in 2017, Tellus Italy hosted 16 students providing
them with a course in Italian food and cuisine comprehensive of meetings and visits to various locations
and with various professionals of the catering sectors (from Pizza to Ice cream etc).

One week course for teachers and trainers of the Adana Province of Turkey, who were
interested in understaning Italian best practices and methodology for accompanying Roma students into

5 students from Turkey went to Turin for a 3 week course in designing animation
apps/programmes for mobile devices.

7 students from Romania spent 3 weeks in Italy working at “La Marchigiana” in the production of a leather and Kachemire jacket.

28 teachers from Germany spent 3 days in Turin for a vocational programme in the field of food provision and focusing on italian baking techniques, italian pizza and patisseries, as well as Turin Vermouth and traditional grissini.
